Do I need to be home when you visit?
Not at all. As long as we have access to your lawn, we can carry out treatments without you being there. We’ll always let you know in advance when we’re coming.
How does the seasonal treatment service work?
It’s simple! Contact us today and in most cases we will be able to quickly get back to you with a quote for the treatment you require via text or email. We will then schedule in the treatment and let you know when we will be coming.
How often will you visit my lawn?
Visits vary depending on your package and the season, but typically we’ll be out every 10 weeks to carry out treatments and check progress.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We usually recommend a 12-month plan so your lawn benefits from a full year of seasonal care. However, you’re never tied in—you can book individual treatments as and when you would like them.
How do I pay?
After any treatment has been applied we will leave an invoice with you for the work with payment instructions attached.
